Pav yourself a merry little Christmas

In recent times pavlova has become as essential to an Australian Christmas as glazed ham. And contrary to popular belief, like the Christmas ham and the festival of Christmas itself, the modern pavlova actually has its origins in Germany where it began life as a torte.

At Peter Rowland we believe that perfection can always be improved on. This year we’ve given our Christmas pav an extra decadent twist by topping it with raspberries, fresh peaches, passionfruit and lime syrup and the crunch of roasted coconut.

Our Christmas pav comes to your party assembly-ready with the base, whipped farm cream, fruits, syrup and coconut all supplied separately ready for you to build. We like to serve ours on a footed cake stand with a final dusting of icing sugar.

Our pav serves 12 people as the dreamy dessert course at a lunch or dinner or as part of a dessert buffet or grazing table. Talk to our friendly event planners about hero-ing our pav at your next event or order online.
